Facing Anxiety
Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe.
Feelings of anxiety are totally normal and we all have them at points of our life. For example, you may feel worried and anxious about a driving test or having a job interview. During times like these, feeling anxious can be perfectly normal.
However, some people find it hard to control their worries. Their feelings of anxiety are more constant and can often affect their daily life. Sometimes our anxieties elongate and are with us for prolonged periods of time - this can affect our health.
These resources aim to help you settle and ground yourself when feeling anxious, then to face the anxieties and consider what if anything can be done.
