Catching worries

Worries can be overwhelming and sometimes we feel like worry can be all around us. One worry can quickly and easily lead to another and before we know it, we can find ourself feeling overwhelmed. This is because our bodies sometimes respond to worry as a threat and start to go into an ‘alarm state’. If we can find ways of catching our worries, or breaking our worries down, we can often deal with them more calmly and rationally.
