Being at Peace

Peace is defined in the Oxford English Dictionary as:

Freedom from anxiety, disturbance (emotional, mental, or spiritual), or inner conflict; calm, tranquillity”

It’s rare for someone to experience this all of time, and many of us desire to experience this more.

Life will always have it’s challenges, and finding moments of peace within these challenges can be an important part of facing those challenges ‘well’. Moments of peace may not change the external circumstances, but it can change our internal world so we are better equipped to face the challenges. Calming our bodies and mind even for a few minutes can help us to think more clearly and positively.
